    If the return is the result of our error, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact our customer service at onlinesupport@tawa.com regarding any return inquiries related but not limited to:
    1. Parcel missing: Customer should contact us within 48 hours if the parcel was delivered but cannot be found. Any parcel missing requests submitted after 48 hours will not be processed.
    2. Item missing/damaged/wrong: Customer should contact us within 5 days if any items were missing/damaged/wrong in the parcel. Any item issing/damaged/wrong requests submitted after 5 days will not be processed.

    Please make sure to include your order number and photo proofs of the damaged/wrong items in your email so that we can facilitate the refund process.
    Item(s) sold and shipped by 99 Ranch Market online shop MAY NOT be to returned to any physical 99 Ranch Market location. Please review your cart carefully before making any purchases.
    Please allow up to 10-15 business days to process your return for item(s) purchased 99ranch.com A refund will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card account that was used to make the purchase. It will take approximately 72 hours or more for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.
