|Barbecue sauce||3 tbsp|
|Shallots (chop into small pieces)||2|
|Minced Garlic||2 tbsp.|
|Light soya sauce||1 tsp|
|Sesame oil||a little|
|Pepper powder||a little|
Soak green mussels in water. After defrosted, wipe dry green mussels. Blend barbecue sauce, minced garlic, chopped shallots and seasonings together. Spread it on green mussels and steam for 5 minutes or until done.
