99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States, with over 42 store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington State and New Jersey! In order to support our expanding blueprint, we are now seeking for candidates either have former retail Seafood experiences or being energetic and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to joint our Management Trainee-Seafood Department Manager Route Trainee Program. The training program will be conducted in San Gabriel/San Diego branches, and it will last for 6-8 months. After the training period, the qualified candidates will be directly assigned to our stores.
A Seafood management trainee is responsible for his/her corresponding department’s SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, employee management and all other supervisory duties after completion of the training program.
-Able to frequently lift 50lbs+
-Ability to periodically stand for long periods of time
-Available to work flexible schedule (night, weekends & holidays)
Minimum 2 years experience in Seafood industry or equivalent education background, AS diploma.
Bilingual (Chinese/Spanish) or (English/Mandarin) is preferred
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and general public
Ability to calculate figures, and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, mass and volume.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentation.
Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.
Computer Literacy,working knowledge of Microsoft Office set
Willing to relocate if necessary
MINIMUM AGE: 18 Years
