We are on the lookout for a Seafood Department Manager to provide quality seafood products to our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the department operations at all levels. Starting from but not limited to general administration process to staff management, you will identify the gaps and initiate the action plans to solve issues in a timely manner. Join our team and take pride in product preparation and displays, to increase product exposure for higher sales and customer satisfaction.
Essential and physical requirements:
Standing for extended periods is commonly required
Good manual dexterity for the use of processing equipment such as cutter or labeling
Ability to lift 25 lbs. +
Inspecting and evaluating the quality of products
Bilingual skills (Chinese/Spanish) is highly preferred
One to three years of supervising in a seafood environment
Knowledge of inventory management
Flexible work schedule required

Strong communication skills
Drives a team orientated work environment
Recommend disciplinary actions, transfers, and praise promotions
Ensures all food safety standards in compliance with current federal/state regulations
Maintains a clean, safe working environment, and reports issues to senior management
