Main duties will include, but not limited to:
-Support store requests for application troubleshooting.
-Sales posting on SAP.
-Analyze physical inventory counts results as needed.
-Complete PI processing on the system.
-Establish effective communication with managers across technical and non-technical departments to identify key plan tasks and due dates.
-Provide status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts
-Conduct testing of project applications.
-Confirm milestones for completion of project objectives.
-Document business processes and create end-user training materials of new applications.
-Conduct user training.
-Assist management in identifying opportunities for utilizing ERP to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
-Other tasks as assigned.
-Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
-Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
-Proficient in MS Office, POS, and any Enterprise Systems
-Well-developed interpersonal skills.
-Time management and organization skills.
-Strong attention to detail. Thoroughness.
-Needs to be able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform team work from time to time.
-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
-Willing to accommodate flexible work schedule.
-Business travel to other states required.
