Summary
99 Ranch Market is the leading Asian grocery brand in the U.S. Now we are seeking a detail oriented Compliance Department Assistant. We welcome all new graduates to join us.

·         Job Duties (Include but not limited to):
Conduct audits of retail locations in accordance with company guidelines

·         Prepare, analyze, and present audit results; identify program strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement

·         Maintain and renew corporate documents, licenses, and permits

·         Research federal, state, and local laws by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

·         Handle phone calls and correspondence independently

·         Able to drive to retail store locations in the bay area. Occasional travel to Washington State is required

Qualification:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Bilingual in Chinese/English or Spanish/English

·         Demonstrate appropriate and effective business writing, e.g. E-mail, work papers, reports

·         Strong research skills, able to read and interpret legal documents and regulations

·         Detail oriented and result driven
