2 teaspoon cornstarch

1 ½ teaspoon finely minced ginger

4 tablespoons rice vinegar

5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 bell peppers, chopped

4 cups of broccoli florets

2 medium red onion, chopped

18 - oz. pkg. Rice vermicelli

¾ cup low-sodium vegetable broth

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons chinese cooking wine or sherry

1 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons canola or peanut oil

½ lbs. Shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and thinly sliced (about 5 cups)

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

½ onion, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

4 cups thinly napa cabbage

2 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 teaspoon)

2 tablespoons curry powder

4 green onions, chopped (about ½ teaspoon)
