Hello Chefs in Training!


For our next class in Irvine, we’ll be making a Chilean Mandarin Jelly Roll with an Orange Dipping Sauce. YUM, indeed!


Eating fruits provide numerous health benefits! People who eat more fruits and vegetables are part of an overall healthy diet, and the nutrients in fruits are vital to health and maintenance of your body. So, we’re happy to be teaching our little chefs a new recipe with these numerous benefits.

The Chilean Fresh Fruit Exporters Association (ASOEX) is a non-profit private entity representing Chile’s fresh fruit growers and exporters. Their membership base consists of exporters who have their own fruit, as well as traders of fruit from third parties. Together, these exporters represent 96% of all fresh fruit exported from Chile.

About Tawa Culinary Adventure:


Tawa Culinary Adventure presented by Unistar is a biweekly opportunity rotating on Saturdays between 4 stores: Alhambra, Rowland Heights, Irvine, and Rancho Cucamonga. For each course, instructor(s) will demonstrate and guide all participants through each step. Parents are required to attend with their children and encouraged to help their children during the course. Participation is free of charge. In order to participate, every entrant must register in-person at location of hosted class or selected stores in the surrounding area. Registration will occur two weeks ahead of each scheduled class. Registration is crucial, for only 12 children will be able to participate for each class. Registration is not confirmed until phone confirmation.
